PNF Stretch Therapy

Picture
What is PNF? Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a stretching technique utilized to improve muscle elasticity and has been shown to have a positive effect on active and passive range of motions. PNF is 10 times more affective than your typical static stretching.  In most cases patients experience results the same day. Results include, increased range of motion, reduced pain, and improved joint function.

Healthy flexibility is important for all ages and every walk or life. Flexibility tends to decrease over time. To prevent the loss of flexibility, it must be maintained. PNF stretch therapy is a safe and effective way to fast track an increase of your overall mobility. With each stretching session most patients experience a progressive increase in flexibility and freedom of  movement.

Excessively tight muscles causes pain. Too much tension on a joint can cause tendonitis, misalignment, and pore function. PNF stretching can significantly reduce tension on joints thus deducing pain, irritation and discomfort. Joints function more effectually when the surrounding tissue is healthy, pliable and has the correct level of tension.

When muscles are tight, blood flow is restricted. Healthy blood flow is important for the bodies ability to heal. PNF stretching can help reduce recovery time from minor injury's, tendentious, strains and sprains. Athletes can greatly benefit  from this advantage and have less down time from games and events.

No one should have to live with chronic stiff muscles, tendentious that won't seen to go away, and restricted range of motion. Esperance  of the power of PNF stretch therapy today!
